Grady Herzog has been part of the commercial construction industry for more than 30 years.  He started his career in the industry as a carpenter in 1979 and advanced to the position of Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President of a major construction firm.  Through his leadership and vision, that company grew to be one of the largest and most successful general contractors in Dallas, Texas.  His project experience covers all facets of construction from minor renovation to multi-phased construction of hospital patient rooms, special procedure rooms, and operating rooms.

In addition to providing direction for a growing construction company, Grady also served on the Education Careers Committee of the Dallas Chapter of the AGC.  He has participated in numerous programs including Hearts and Hammers, The March of Dimes, Grapevine AMBUCS Amtrykes Committee Chairman and Grapevine AMBUCS Board of Directors. 

Since forming Structures and Interiors in July of 1994, Grady has directed this company toward providing a competitive construction alternative for small to medium sized healthcare construction projects.  He has achieved this while continuing to provide the professional service and attention to detail previously associated only with much larger general contractors.
